I was burning out until I applied these new habits

Most people experience burnout often don’t see any hope of positive change in their situation.

Earlier this year, it was the same for me.

I was burning out and needed to apply new habits to change my perspective.

If you are feeling burn out, there are things you can do. When you are feeling burnt out, it sucks and at the time you feel that there is no way getting back.

I’m here to tell you that change is possible. You just have to first recognise why you feel burned out and then identify what strategies can help you reset.

In this episode, here is what I did. It is lifestyle specific but you can see that it is looking at the situation and identifying the areas that need change. Hope it helps.
